The West Yorkshire Sling Library

Our hire service is a legitimate basis for collecting your personal data, and we will only use it contact you about your carrier hire and the provision of our sling library services. We require your email address, telephone number, and postal address so that we can provide you with safety information, manage your account, and contact you with any details of changes to our services that might affect you, your hire or return. We store this information using the ‘myTurn p.b.c.’ hire system, and your payment data using the Stripe payment system. We are required keep some personal information for tax and insurance reasons which includes a record of your communications with us. You have a right to ask us to remove your personal data from our systems, and if it is not necessary for us to keep it for the purposes of your carrier hire, we will do this, anonymising your account for our records.

The West Yorkshire Sling Library, WYSL and The Circle Farsley are trading names of this service. In this Conditions of Hire document we will use WYSL to refer to the above, by removing a carrier from our premises all customers agree to these Conditions of Hire in full and without exception.

1. Conditions of Hire.

It is a prerequisite of carrier hire that the customer is registered on myturn.com with accurate contact information supplied, and verified card details on file. Fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances at the direction of WYSL. Failure to comply with the Conditions of Hire may result in withdrawal of service and immediate recall of hired items without refund. WYSL can take no responsibility for any injury, death or incident involving a hired carrier howsoever caused.
